I have some acne problems. Please Help!?

I am 14 and my mom says that because of puberty, girls tend to have acne, but I know that somewhere there must be a solution. I have blackheads and dark spots on the face, my skin get oil and a bit of uneven skin (as face and neck are not the same tone), I tried Neutrgena acne product, but so far I've used 2 bottles though nothing happened. Please help. I know its part of growth, but I will not be liable to you I wash my face every day and I'm not really exposed to the sun. If anyone can suggest a product that works (such as work seriously and is sure). A cleaner or soap or anything else. I still use Vaseline lotion. Thanks in advance PS. I may have sensitive skin and I am a dark brown shade
