how to cure body acne .. help?

I have acne on his back, shoulders and chest. i dont usually, but perhaps his game of volleyball and getting sweaty. how do I cure it?

He has given several very wonderful ideas - but one thing I wanted to address is this - if you have back pain, may wish to consult a dermatologist to make sure any product you use is effective. Unless you have some help with washing and cleaning in his back, could have some problems trying to reach him. Also, depending on the type of pain you have, you may want to be careful. I used some of those products and 40 of alcohol is too much for me. (could be for you too).
