Long-term effect of vitamin B5?
I had a majorly bad break after coming off the pill. My acne has never been so bad, was depressed and no work, only aggrivating further. So I did some research and thought I would give anything a go! As ordered certain vitamin B5. I took the recommended dose of 4000mg per day, this made waaaay drying my face, so reduced to 1,000 mg per day, only one in the morning and one night. My face and chest have never been soooo good! I completely wrapped! But along with all the good reports, what are the negative effects? I had none, although the leg hair is scattered in patches, which is not bad! But because I'm not taking a dose so high you think will be fine for any period of time? Should I take ab complex way?
