What Causes Eczema â Why you Should Adapt your Eczema Diet

There are many causes for eczema. But the best place to start looking for a cure is with the foods that you eat.

If you have read other articles I have written you will know that I have created a certain way of eating that delivers to your skin and your body the maximum supply of nutrients which can make a tremendous difference to your skin.

However, the weather is getting colder now and it is time to make a few adjustments to those eating plans. The reason for this is to prevent you from feeling cold during the cooler months and as a result making a change in your current diet.

The diets that I have recommended consist mainly of raw foods. These are delicious, crisp foods that make a tremendous difference to your eczema skin in a very short space of time.

However, now it the time to make a few adjustments so that you can continue with the good work and keep warm at the same time.

In the spring I would suggest that you return to the normal way of eating so that your body is continuously cleanse and healthy.

The first change you should make to your eczema diet is to increase the amount of wholegrain foods you consume on a daily basis.

Wholegrains keep you warm as they take longer to digest. Wholegrains such as rye bread, brown rice and wholemeal pasta will suffice.

The second change you should make is to increase the amount of omega 3 and 6 you consume through the oils that you take. Increase by one teaspoon the hemp seed or flaxseed oils you consume.

The final change is to increase the number of soups and stews you prepare each week. Ensure they are full to the brim with wholesome vegetables. Include potato, swede and turnips in your cooking.

I have been helping a friend get rid of his psoriasis’ on his skin, it covers about 2 square feet of his arms and hands.

Alergies to food include shellfish, garlic, and others. Stop eating things like cheese, then milk products, then anything brewed (beer, yogurt, breads made with yeast). When it goes away, then you have some idea of what you should stop eating.
