All you need is a good exfoliant HUN. if it is as rough as sandpaper, sand it! that is the same as sand, scrub, just removes the dead skin on the surface and gives way to softer skin underneath. my favorite is Clinique exfoliating scrub, but if you're on a budget try St. Ives Apricot Scrub pharmacy. Trust me! no need to use microdermabrasion or peels that wrinkled old ladies lol. good luck!
