my mom told me to use jelly and alos I pertoleum been using ponds dry skin cream, but it doesn't seem to work. What I can use that can get rid of this fast! thanks xx

Always wear gloves and scarves and stuff when you go outdoors. when you come in because of the cold lotion on every inch of skin thats cold or has been exposed to cold. [Y lipgloss for his] lips at night, put cream before going to bed. in the morning, use a moisturizer with sunscreen on your face and the same St.Ives lotion for your body. basically obese need more lotion. oh, and do not use a deodorant soap on your face.
