Anyone know home remedies for eczema outbreaks work?

One thing I found worked for my eczema when I ran out of lotion was my usual oatmeal. It really helped with the itching. I limit myself to some up in a blender, put it in a clean nylon and used it to wash the affected area. Also can put in bath water and have a short soak.
