Skin cancer: understanding the three types of skin cancer.

How can I make my skin paler?

I do my skin is pale and kind of pale. I use a lightening cream skin, but my mom believes it is only if you have skin that is getting brown spots everywhere as they age. Is this true? I wearing sunscreen every day but how can I speed up the process of pale? I have read that milk will make lighter skin, but what do with milk? Do you drink or rub on the skin? Are there other natural ways to get clearer skin? Please do not leave rude answers, I'm not trying to obtain skin as pale as a vampire, I just think pale skin is pretty.

The milk helps, too, am trying to get more pale. I think is a delightful pale skin:) Keep sunscreen too, but reapply often.
