How to overcome the natural skin from sun damage (Part I: Sunscreen)
Summer is here and we are ready to go to the beach for some sun to look fabulous (we think). In fact, nothing like a safe tan, and unfortunately, studies increasingly show that not nothing like the security or sunscreen. You might think that sunscreens protect against skin cancer. Well, they protect against sunburn, like cancer ... Depends.
Everything we eat goes to our blood stream, all that apply our skin will be absorbed into our blood stream. Have you noticed how chemical sunscreens contain regular? Studies show as chemical protection longest solar remain in the skin, the more you become absorbed by the body, and that means you get more toxins, which is very hazardous to our health.
If we a good immune system and elimination, we can handle the additional exposure to toxins. We use oil as cooking oil from our sesame oil, coconut oil, olive oil and peanut oil and cinnamic acid-rich nut oil, raspberry oil, avocado oil, oil of Granada, jojoba oil, oil seeds, pumpkin oil, Aloe Vera, coffee, butter, shea butter. All benefit from UV protection and repair damage and provide a natural sunscreen. You can find many modern products sunscreen that integrate several of these oils and butters.
3. Do not eat carrots, celery, parsley, parsnips and files before going to the beach. Studies show that these vegetables contain psoralens, chemicals that may be unusually sensitive to light sun.
4. We should not use skin products containing essential oils of citrus, especially bergamot (Citrus bergamia). You can increased sensitivity of skin to sunlight and cause discoloration of the skin or rashes.
5. Apply a thin layer of yogurt, sour cream, kefir or aloe vera gel for reddened areas to help reduce inflammation and cool and moisturize the skin as sunburn.
Study options - which offers less damage is the best. And remember that the old way, a big hat, sunglasses and shade a tree of great friendship and could be the best natural protection.
