Ikea Sultan Högbo size mattress size of immersion in the middle?

Does anyone have this king-size mattress and have a problem with it dip between the two halves? I am in a dispute with Ikea at the moment, still running in the middle!

Yes I had this mattress. It is very comfortable - that's the way it is supposed to be (Perhaps that is why it sinks into the center.) Is in the economic side - I had to change mine after three years. Good thing did not cost much.
