EXTREME DANDRUFF!! DRY SCALP ..?

Hey there i have extreme dandruff . I been like this for almost a month now . i had dry scalp and dandruff before but not as worst and long as this time. My scalp itches but its not red, the only red spot i found was close to my baby hairs on my forehead when hair starts. I tried everything from the pharmacy, strategies and from different shampoos to different conditioners . Using shampoo only without conditioner and conditioner without shampoo , to both at the same time. I massage into my scalp for Min's. when i get out it looks clean and like it went away but after 3Min's even with humid hair still on it comes back . Layer come out and if i brush it or move it the sink will fill with it. its all over the place. idon't know whAT else to do. please help me ..
