Hi, If you pick at your pimples or use strips damage to the skin around your shins which could lead not only to the scars, but also makes you more prone to pimples. Biore strips work the same way to squeeze the pimples, which will damage your skin. There are two main things that I know what will make a difference: 1. Steam your face - get a face steam, or a bowl of boiling water and a towel. Put your head under the towel and steam your face. Do it for ten minutes and then gently rub the face with a cloth towel to remove points black. Steam your face opens the pores and remove dirt. 2. Try using Top Shirley Medicated Cream - I use this and works a treat, is a very soft cream that fights spots and pimples, my skin cleared within two weeks of use, and it was not hard because it contains ingredients of herbs and lots of vitamins as nutrition.
