List of needed skin care products?

There are so many products out there! I don't know where to start. I have dry skin and mild but getting worse acne problem. I think I wrinkle easily too. I've never really put much on my skin so I don't know what to get. I want to assemble a skin care kit so if anyone can list just some basic needs that would be great. . .people say that you need to put sun screen on every day, is there a lotiony sun screen?

For a sunscreen/lotion combo, try aveeno. its a small moisturizer with spf 15.
also look for a cleanser. just go to the cleanser section of the drugstore and find what matches you; combination skin (probably) or an acne cleanser. i have a biore acne cleanser which is really good.
also invest in an exfoliator if you notice your face is almost 'flaky' exfoliator works WONDERS.
if you wear foundation, try to also get toner (also comes in different types for oily/combination/dry/acne prone skin) it cleans out more makeup than a cleanser does, depending on how strong the foundation is/how weak the cleanser is.
