Easter Bunny Cup Cakes

The ingredients for Easter Bunny Cupcake are the following.

• Butter cream frosting
• Three marshmallows
• Shredded coconut
• Mini M&M's® preferably brown.

First is to cover your cupcake in an un-colored butter frosting. A tip her: the longer you beat, the whiter it gets. Next thing you need to do is to cut crosswise two of the marshmallows into half so you will have four smaller rounds. Then you can star by icing each cake with a good covering of your chocolate icing. Next thing you need to do is to cut each flake in pieces into halves or thirds. Then cut them lengthwise into half. Arrange these  pieces of flake around the top of each cupcake. You can use bits of icing to stick them together. And then, all you need to do now is place the three eggs on top.

Easter Chicks

The ingredients for Easter Chicks are the following.

• Twelve Cupcakes of any recipe you would want.
• Butter icing
• Four (4) tablespoons of shredded coconut
• Green food coloring
• Twelve (12) miniature toy chickens
• Twelve (12) bought eggs, foil covered

First is to mix the icing and the green food coloring as to make your icing green. Put your shredded coconut in a plastic bag and add also a few drops of food coloring. Squish it  with your fingers to distribute color. You can keep adding a few drops at a time until your desired color is achieved. Then, ice each cupcake with a good covering of green icing. And then invert your iced cupcake into the shredded coconut to cover and then shake off excess. Now all you got to do is to place egg and chick on top of the cup cake.
