What hair removal method would be good for me?

I like to be very smooth (legs, forearms, underarms,vaginal areas and i shape my eyebrows) Ive been shaving since i was like 12 but i really struggle with the itching and stubble, i have tried hair removal cream, and i like the smoothness. but as i have eczema often get open cuts and sores so often cant use it. I need a cheap method of removal that i can do at home if possible, hopefully longer lasting than shaving.

Waxing is a good hair removal method, but it's very tricky and it's difficult to find the right one, not to mention the fact that it can be painful the first few times you try it...after that it's still painful, but you get used to it.
I have the same problem with eczema, and I've found that using an electric razor helps big time. Look for one with an epilator in it as well. I use a Remington brand one, it has an epilator and a razor and it's impossible to cut yourself with it. The epilator is like a really fast tweezer all over your leg, you don't even feel the plucking at all, at least I don't. The best thing about this is that you can bring it with you everywhere; you can shave absolutely anywhere as you don't need to do it in the bath...for electrocution reasons, I recommend you don't do it in the bath, ha.
If you wanted to stick with shaving, a good cream to help get rid of the eczema is Cetaphil, right after you shave. Or, you could see if your doctor has any creams to help with the eczema, as I suffer from the same thing.
Finally, there's also laser hair removal, but I don't recommend this as it works for some people, but one of my friends had it done a few years ago and the hair just grew back on her, so she's going back in to do it again, and it's rather expensive so I'd say it's not worth it.
