Dead Sea minerals and the benefits of Dead Sea minerals in the cosmetics industry

how do you color mineral and dead sea salt?

i bought a 2 lb container of mineral and dead sea salt and would like to fragrance and color some pink for favors i am making and i am not sure how or what to use does anyone have any ideas? thank you

Put about half a cup at a time into a two quart container you can close, and drop in two drops of red food coloring and 'shake it' as hard as you can for about five minutes. That shaking will 'spread' the food coloring and should give you a very light 'pink' ... keep doing this, adding two drops at a time, or even one drop when it's just about the right color until you have done the whole 2 pounds ... do the same thing with the fragrance, but use 'essential oils' and start with about five drops ...
