What are the effects of the abortion pill?

Ok ... 1. i dont want you pro life people preeching about im killing a baby!
im only 2-3 weeks pregnant, my circumstances are not good for a baby! and no it cant feel it and no im not a murderer so dont even write on this question!!

Could someone please advise me on the effects of Abortion pill.
Is it very pain ful?
How long does the bleeding last?
Is it more upsetting that surgical? Or is it easier?
Would i need the day off work?

Any info will be very much apprechiated!

I've not had an abortion to tell you exactly what its like and I can imagine it is different for everyone depending on size/weight, how far gone etc. I supported my friend when she had an abortion and found this website very useful.
