Advanced Night Repair
Laptop says windows cannot repair computer automatically.?
First off, I am not VERY computer literate. So I wil do my best to explain my problem. I have a Fujitsu laptop that runs on Windows Vista. Last night my computer was working fine. All I remember is that I postponed Windows update twice when the box appeared on the screen. The next day I see a blue screen with lots of numbers and letters and it says that windows cannot repair the computer. I had a friend take a look at it and he put in the recovery and utility disk along with some other disks, but nothing seemed to work. Is there any way to fix my laptop without losing the information saved on it. Please explain in layman terms because I don't quite understand computer lingo. Thank you so VERY MUCH in advance!
Did you try taping f8 key at boot. and selecting safe mode or last known good configuration?
