How do I get rid of acne scars?

During my teenage years, I had horrible acne problems on my shoulders and back. I started using acne treatment face wash in the shower to get rif of them and now I don't see any. Except for the acne scars all over Because of this, I could never be comfortable wearing tank tops in the summer but this year, I want to change that. Is there any product I can use to get rid of the dark spots on my back?

I tried these home remedies for them for my acne/scars to go away:

Honey Mask

So you need:
☆ Honey
☆ A microwave
☆ a small bowl, like really small
☆ A popsicle stick or a few flat toothpicks, or a spoon
Optional:
☆ Lotion

1) Wash your face with a warm towel so you can open up your pores.
2) Pour a tsp. of honey the small bowl and set it in the microwave for 4 seconds, and take it out of the microwave and mix it with the spoon or stick, and set it back in the microwave for 4 more seconds and continue to take it out and mix it and putting it back in the microwave until its warm but not too hot.
3) Tie your hair up and place the honey on your acne scars, leave for 10 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water and then close your pores by washing your face with cold water.

If you want you can add a little bit of aloe vera lotion or any other lotion you like into the honey BEFORE you put it on your face for a smoother feeling afterword.

Lemon Juice:

Lemon juice
Cotton balls

Dab lemon juice soaked cotton balls on your scars while the pores on your back are opened from hot water. Close your pores by washing it off with cold water.
