I am an African American woman and I've been trying to find a facial cleanser that works for women of color ... Any other Americans Find African products for skin care that work for them?

I have dark skin, but not as dark as the African American's. But things I used Clearasil Ultra. It gets rid of my acne within 5 days. And my sister used proactive. While face acne clears still use the material or you'll be back. There are some foods that can help prevent, such as shellfish, fish, whole grain cearal, black Eyed Peas, green leafy vegtables and you can find much more online. ♥ ♥ Good Luck
