How to overcome the natural skin from sun damage (Part I: Sunscreen)

Summer is here and we are ready to go to the beach for some sun to look fabulous (we think). In fact, nothing like a safe tan, and unfortunately, studies increasingly show that not nothing like the security or sunscreen. You might think that sunscreens protect against skin cancer. Well, they protect against sunburn, like cancer ... Depends.

Everything we eat goes to our blood stream, all that apply our skin will be absorbed into our blood stream. Have you noticed how chemical sunscreens contain regular? 4. We should not use skin products containing essential oils of citrus, especially bergamot (Citrus bergamia). You can increased sensitivity of skin to sunlight and cause discoloration of the skin or rashes.

5. Apply a thin layer of yogurt, sour cream, kefir or aloe vera gel for reddened areas to help reduce inflammation and cool and moisturize the skin as sunburn.

Study options - which offers less damage is the best. And remember that the old way, a big hat, sunglasses and shade a tree of great friendship and could be the best natural protection.
