This is followed by Christmas Eve dinner called a Cennone. Fish, fresh fruits, pasta, vegetables, and special sweets and cakes are included in this feast. People pray here for nine days prior to Christmas.

Italy becomes one of the best destinations for shopping during Christmas. This is because one can find great variety of merchandise here very easily. Piazza Navona is one of the best places where one can find just the right thing for one self and also for gifting others.

Along with great food in restaurants one can also find local artist's beautiful performances in the various famous cities of Italy. Tuscany, Umbria, Campania and Liguria are some of the best places that one would like to visit on tour to Italy.

Portugal
