What are some styles/trends that I can start at my school?

Okay, so some people at my school start trends and they stick and then whatever they do people follow, until some one else comes out with something. People in my school are into the punk style NOT the girly preppy style. So, some things that are out are: different colored dyed hair, eyeliner, different layered hair, straight cut hair, skinny jeans, colored skinny jeans, graphic tees, 3D glasses without the lenses, headbands worn around the head in a hippie fashion, hot topic, abercrombie, hollister, pac sun, zumiez, aeropostale and pink by victorias secret. aslo, the cool bands are all time low, never shout never, bring me the horizon, and bands like that. please help me.

I'd say that the best way to start a trend is to completely go against what everyone is doing. Wear a dress, with wavy hair and sandals. Starting a trend doesn't mean doing something that everyone is doing, but slightly different. If everyone is into the emo/punk style, go completely opposite and wear the girly style, and look good doing it. One of the reasons people imitate each other is because they think to themselves, "Gosh, they look really cool right now," and not really because they think that someone's outfit is totally random and new. If you look great while wearing a new style, I can almost guarantee that someone will catch on.
